Taking Control: The overall purpose of the course is to engage with individuals as part of a working group and explore practical ways to face life’s challenges, whilst maintaining and taking control of physical and mental wellbeing. This course enables individuals to confront the emotional and psychological challenges arising from changes in life’s circumstances.
