Shauna Bowers has worked as a news reporter since 2019 and is currently the Health Correspondent at The Irish Times. She has written extensively on health, housing and social affairs. Her fellowship project examined the prevalence and impact of mental health issues among those engaged in Ireland’s criminal justice system.
